The program is an exclusively joint degree between the World’s highly reputable culinary arts institute, Le Cordon Bleu and Dusit Thani College, the leading hospitality education institution in Thailand.

The Bachelor of Business Administration (Professional Culinary Arts) is designed to produce professional leaders in culinary career with skills and knowledge of both local and international levels and develop the graduates to the real-world industry that challenging for the rapidly growing industry.

The program is designed to engage young culinary professionals in the real environment and business challenges and apply professional responsibility to the business etiquettes which respectful of the values, personalities, and capabilities of individual.

The international program is accredited by World Association of Chefs’s Societies for undergraduate degree in 2017.
